How do I update my contact or billing information?

For pentest customers, you can submit a request to update your client information using the form here.

If you're looking to update your billing subscription information for Scan or Radar, please email Client Admins can access any historic invoices, and edit their subscription via the billing portal.

How do I configure notifications?

You can find the 'configure notifications' button in the top right of each dashboard in the platform. You can choose whether you are notified in platform, by email, SMS or not at all.

How do I invite colleagues to the platform?

Client Admin accounts have the ability to add unlimited team members for no additional cost. This can be done by sending them a unique invite link direct from the platform here.
