What are prerequisites?
When you book a pentest with OnSecurity, we'll need you to provide us some key information before we can begin the testing.
Depending on your test type, this could include working test accounts, supporting documentation or providing virtual access to your environment.
We need you to provide all necessary info, and ensure your environment is ready for testing, by your test start date.
There may be some time between your test start date and when we actually start the bulk of your testing activities. This date will be displayed in your test timeline.
This time is used to check your prerequisites are correct and that we can access your environment.
